Is there a charge to get an estimate?

Never!  We offer free estimates at our shop, so if you need one, just stop by. We will do our very best to give you an honest, accurate estimate for your repair budget.

What insurance do you accept?

We work with ALL insurance companies.

Should I make an appointment for an estimate?

Yes, you should call us to make an appointment.  Walk-ins are always welcomed, but we might be too busy during that time of day to fit you in.  Call to let us know you're on your way! Contact us anytime.

Is there a warranty for my vehicle repair?

Rest assured.  Every repair job at Mr. Dent Collision Repair goes home with a lifetime warranty, for as long as you own the vehicle.

Can I drive my car after an accident?

It depends on the type of wreck and the extent of the damage.  However, the safe answer, to avoid any further damage to your vehicle, is always no.  If you are unable to bring your car to the shop, contact us and we can arrage to have it towed.  If you're in an accident, you can even opt to have your car towed directly from the scene.  Contact us.  

How do I know if my car is 'totaled'?

Sometimes, after an accident, the damage caused either exceeds the vehicle's value or it is simply too destroyed to fix.  When either of these happens, your car is considered totaled.  If you are unsure if your car is totaled or not, we will be glad to help you out.  We will need to assess the vehicle in person.  Contact us, and we can come to you if the vehicle can not be moved.

Can you match my previous paint color?

Yes we can.  With our highly-skilled team, we will be able to match your vehicle's paint color using proper painting techniques.  Because of today's technology, it is much easier to match colors, and we take pride in knowing that we are able to match any color of paint your car has.  Let us help!

When can I pick up my vehicle?

Repairs take different amounts of time to complete, all depending on the extent of the damage and availability of the required parts.  We will make sure your vehicle is in and out as fast as possible, and we can give you an estimated date of completion to keep everyone on track.  If the date has to be changed for any reason, we will contact you immediately to let you know.
