Training and Proper Tools for the Repair

The customer should always ask, "Does the shop have the correct tools and training to perform the work on his or her vehicle?" Ask - and if they say yes, have them explain and show you the proof. Today's vehicles are changing the auto collisions way of repairing vehicles. We must have the training. Free shops won't have the trained employees that have received adequate, ongoing training.
