The Importance of OEM Certifications:

• Facilities must go through extensive 3rd party audits to ensure they have the correct equipment, are following OEM requirements, and demonstrate proper use of equipment and training.
  
• Facilities must meet certain Customer Satisfaction Criteria to ensure customers are receiving high quality level of care.
  
• Facilities are required to use OEM parts and processes. Please see FAQ regarding OEM parts.
• Facilities are required to use OEM diagnostic and electrical equipment.

Frequently Asked OEM Questions:

• What does OEM mean?
  OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer, so being OEM certified means we are certified by the vehicle manufacturer.
  
• How come some Mr. Dent Facilities have more certifications than others?
  Some OEM's only let a certain number of shops in their network in a certain area so that limits who can and can't be on the program. Also, OEM certifications are very expensive and in some markets if certain vehicles are not popular it does not make it justifiable
  
• What happens if I choose a facility not certified for my OEM?
  That is perfectly fine, you just want to make sure they are using OEM parts, OEM software, and following OEM procedures. All of which Mr. Dent facilities follow, even for our non certified stores.
  
• I want all OEM parts...is this possible?
  That is our preference. Just make sure your insurance policy is an all OEM insurance policy. If it's not we can assist by price matching to OEM parts as much as possible.
  
• What guarantees do I get by choosing OEM certified facilities?
